Chefatron is a marketplace platform. Users and vendors remain responsible for their own listings, swaps, transactions, communication, fulfillment, refunds, taxes, licenses, permits, food safety obligations, and legal compliance.

Chefatron provides tools to help users connect, post, browse, buy, sell, swap, and communicate, but Chefatron does not directly make, prepare, inspect, deliver, guarantee, or provide the products, services, food items, or swaps listed by users or vendors.
