Users who only want to post swaps or requests do not need vendor approval.

- Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws, licensing, tax, and food safety requirements.
- Explain pickup, delivery, scheduling, or service details clearly.
- Buyers and vendors coordinate final details through Chefatron messages.
