Chefatron is a platform that facilitates connections between users. Chefatron does not own, produce, sell, resell, control, or guarantee any listings, products, services, or exchanges offered by users.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, or fulfillment of any listing or transaction.
User Accounts
Users must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Chefatron reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Posting Guidelines.
Chefatron reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or terminate access at its sole discretion, without notice, for any violation or suspected violation of these Terms.
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Chefatron. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Chefatron does not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or participate in transactions.
Listings and Transactions
Users are solely responsible for the content of their listings and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Any exchanges, payments, or service arrangements are made directly between users unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Chefatron does not guarantee the outcome of any transaction.
Users assume all risks associated with interactions and transactions conducted through the platform.
Chefatron is not a party to any transaction between users and does not assume responsibility for disputes, damages, or losses arising from such transactions.
Food and Professional Services
Users offering food or professional services are responsible for complying with all licensing, health, and regulatory requirements.
Vendor Verification, when available, is optional and does not guarantee approval, quality, or outcomes.
Chefatron does not verify, inspect, or guarantee the safety, preparation, or handling of any food items. Users consume or use products and services at their own risk.
Limitation of Liability
Chefatron is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chefatron is not liable for damages arising from user interactions, listings, exchanges, services, or transactions conducted through the platform.
Modifications
Chefatron reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Nebraska.
