Chefatron is intended for adults. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account, post listings, participate in swaps, communicate with other users, make purchases, become a vendor, or use Chefatron’s platform features.
By using Chefatron, users confirm that they are at least 18 years old and legally able to use the platform.
Adult Users Only
Chefatron does not allow minors to register, create listings, post swaps or requests, buy products or services, become vendors, message other users, or participate in marketplace activity through the platform.
Users who are under 18 years old may not use Chefatron.
Account Registration
Users may be asked to confirm that they are at least 18 years old during registration, posting, checkout, vendor application, or other platform activities.
Chefatron may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts if there is reason to believe the user is under 18 or has provided false age information.
Vendor Age Requirement
Vendors must be at least 18 years old to apply, create listings, sell products or services, connect Stripe Express, receive payouts, or use vendor tools through Chefatron.
Vendor applicants may be required to confirm that they meet the age requirement before being approved.
Swaps, Requests, and Messaging
Because Chefatron allows users to communicate, arrange swaps, exchange items or services, and interact with vendors, all users must be adults.
Users should not arrange transactions, swaps, meetings, pickups, deliveries, services, or communication through Chefatron on behalf of minors.
Parent or Guardian Use
A parent or legal guardian may use Chefatron under their own adult account, but minors may not create their own account or directly use Chefatron’s platform features.
The adult account holder is responsible for all activity connected to their account.
Account Removal
Chefatron may remove listings, restrict access, suspend accounts, or permanently remove users if age restriction rules are violated.
Chefatron may also remove accounts if false information is provided during registration, vendor application, checkout, or platform use.
Reporting Age Concerns
If you believe someone is using Chefatron while under 18, please contact Chefatron and provide as much detail as possible.
Chefatron may review the concern and take action when appropriate.
